AI doesn't know its own power

When building this site the AI cannot figure out how to get to 91,250 MRI machines by 2040. The limitation is because it is relying on human knowledge and, currently, human knowledge does not see a way to get to thoise number either. It is not taking into consideration the Physical AI build that is coming.
